What happens if I create an extra shift request at a region or cluster level?

When creating an extra shift request at a cluster or region level, who ever accepts or gets the shift assigned, will become available for that period in their own base station.

If you create the extra shift request at a station level, then whoever accepts or gets the shift assigned, will temporarily move to this station for as long as the extra shift lasts.
