Why isn’t my attendance to an incident/activity report being counted for Payroll?

Probably your manager hasn't approved that particular incident or activity type.

Only approved activities are taken into account for the Payroll export.

NOTE: if the incident/activity has been approved and it still does not show on the payroll report send an email to [e-mail]
