For the app (version 3), you will receive push for the following cases:
When receiving messages or incident alerts where you are a possible responder. This notifications will be sent if the message or alert are set to Priority 1.
When there are understaffing alerts, everyone with a membership to the station or group where the understaffing is occuring.
Whenever an Extra Shift Request, Duty Exchange, or Absence Request you have created, and are completed successfully. You will also receive push notifications to your phone when you accept or are assigned to an Extra Shift Request, or Duty Exchange.
You can turn off Push Notifications for Priority 1 messages by going to your app settings. You can also turn off push notifications for exchanges through your profile settings in the website.
