Push Notifications: Who, when and how?

Legacy App (Version 3) will receive push notifications for the following cases:

• When receiving messages or incident alerts where you are a possible responder. This notifications will be sent if the message or alert are set to Priority 1.
• When there are understaffing alerts, everyone with a membership to the station or group where the understaffing is occurring.
• Whenever an Extra Shift Request, Duty Exchange, or Absence Request you have created, and are completed successfully. You will also receive push notifications to your phone when you accept or are assigned to an Extra Shift Request, or Duty Exchange.
• If availability based on location is enabled, you will receive a notification when leaving the geofence, and becoming automatically unavailable as a result.

Scheduling App will receive push notifications for the following cases:

• When receiving messages or incident alerts where you are a possible responder. This notifications will be sent if the message or alert are set to Priority 1.

Alerting App will receive critical push notifications (breaks through silent lock) for the following cases:

• When receiving messages or incident alerts where you are a possible responder. This notifications will be sent if the message or alert are set to Priority 1.
