Help! The app crashes or hangs

It can happen that the app no longer starts or crashes. This is of course not how it is supposed to work, and we are working hard on preventing this. As a workaround, in most cases it helps to delete the old data and reinstall the app.

For iOS:

- Go to the phone settings
- Go to General -> iPhone Storage
- Search FireServiceRota (this is approximately 30MB)
- Click "Delete app"
- Reinstall the app from the App Store

For Android:

- Go to the phone settings
- Go to apps
- Search fo FireServiceRota
- Go to Storage
- Click on "Clear Data"

Please let us know the following:

1. Does the problem occur in a particular screen or with a particular action in the app?
2. Please include a screenshot of the screen in which the problem occurred
3. Please also include the version number and the type of phone in your message.
