In the previous version of FireServiceRota users are able to review the duty exchanges they have sent or receive and absence requests they have sent.
These views were available through the rota menu by selecting either option:
In the new FSR version, these requests are now visible in the same new section called "Schedule Requests" which not only includes duty exchanges and absence requests, but it also now shows extra shift requests received.
This new view, will load a full list of schedule requests for the user.
This way the user can keep better control of all the schedule requests happening for them in one screen. It is easy to filter an identify each type of schedule request.
And there are other fields to filter on like user involved, start and end time, availability code (if any), rota/station or even status.
At the end of the request's row, users have the option to either go to the request or if they click the arrow, they can select the "Show rota" option which will load the group rota for the specific time this request happened.
