Are you trying to log in to the scheduling app?
Make sure to install the lastest version.
After filling in your FireServiceRota e-mail address you can click on the blue 'Send magic link' button.
You will receive an email with a link. Click on that link and follow the instructions to log in to the FireServiceRota V3 app without having to enter your password.
I should have received an email, but I did not receive it
You might have been told by your manager or from FireServiceRota that you have been invited to join FireServiceRota, but you have not received an email. This is what you can do:
- Check the SPAM folder of your e-mail address.
- You can reset your password using this link.
Did you get a warning that the email was not found? Then try using a different e-mail address than the one you are registered within FireServiceRota. Then contact a supervisor of your station and enter the new e-mail address. The supervisor can change this in FireServiceRota for you. After a few minutes, you will automatically receive a request to the new e-mail address to confirm this.
If necessary, use the password reset link with the new e-mail address again to request a new password after changing your e-mail.
You are not yet registered in FireServiceRota
Ask your station supervisor to invite you. You will automatically receive an invitation by e-mail.
I don't know under which e-mail address I am registered at FireServiceRota
Ask your supervisor to find out which e-mail address has been entered for you in the member list of the station.
