What data is audited?

We typically log and audit all significant changes performed by users: who, what, when, previous value, new value. The data audited includes user logins, starter/mover/leaver, changes to roles and access rights, rota/availability changes, alerting and responding, pager management, shift requests and responses, changes to appliance crewing levels, activity reports and payroll positions.
