You need to have the owner role in a group in order to assign roles to other members of the group. An owner is indicated by this icon:
- Navigate to the users --> members screen
- To review the roles available click the ? icon at the top right corner
- In the list of members, click the 'Edit' icon for the person you wish to change the role(s) of
- Tick the roles as required and click 'save'
Can do everything that a Supervisor can do, plus: assign roles to users, and be the primary (billing) contact for this group.
Can do everything that a Scheduler can do, plus: add new users, change skills, change settings and view reports.
Can do everything that Communication can do, plus manage rotas of other users and put vehicles in/out of service.
Can manage announcements and send Priority 1 messages.
- Control Room Operator
Normal user permissions, plus send incident alerts and manage incident reports
- Self Scheduler
Normal user permissions, plus manage their own Duty Rota (blue shifts)
